Cancellation Policy
A credit card on file IS REQUIRED to book an appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be requested 48 hours before your appointment time to avoid a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellation requests with less than 48 hours before appointment time, will result in a $25 fee. Same day cancellations may result in forfeiting deposits left for chemical and extension appointments. No show and no call will result in forfeiting 100% of deposits left and future appointments will need to be paid in full in advance.
